Even after your club has been registered with Ofsted and is happily up and running, there are numerous situations in which you have a statutory responsibility to report information to Ofsted.
Some of these are quite obvious, for example if there were an allegation of abuse against a member of your staff, or if a child suffered a serious injury whilst in your care. But did you know that you have to notify Ofsted if you change your company registration number, or, if your club is run by a management committee, when you appoint new members to your governing body?
Access to this article, which outlines the key circumstances in which you must notify Ofsted, is restricted to OOSA members. To read it, please log in.
