To work with a small team of people to ensure the smooth day to day running of our busy after school club; providing wrap around care and activities for children aged between 3 and 7 years in a safe, caring, fun and stimulating environment.
Hours are 14:30 - 18:30 Monday - Friday TERM TIME ONLY
Duties to include – playing and interacting with the children both indoors and outdoors; listening to the children read; supporting children doing their homework; delivering our purposeful play plan; assisting in the preparation and serving of afternoon tea; ensuring the rooms are clean and tidy; handovers with parents.
We are currently recruiting for a minimum level 2, but ideally a level 3 qualified
Additional hours may be available at one of our holiday clubs.
References and an enhanced DBS check will be taken.
Driving licence preferred.
The recruitment process is in 2 parts - screening interview by Zoom followed by a paid "stay & play" trial for candidates successful at interview.
