Having an allergy board at your out of school club provides you with a quick reference guide should one of the children (or any of your staff) start showing signs of an allergic reaction. The board should be located so that it is clearly visible to staff when food is being prepared, so that you can decide whether certain foods are appropriate for the children attending on any particular day.
